Job summary

Helm Grow is seeking a Vessel Operator for their team in Singapore. You will be part of a growing team and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of allocated vessels, with daily contact to Masters, Brokers, Owners, and Charterers.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in vessel operations, a keen eye for detail, and strong teamwork. You will think creatively to optimize operations and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient sailing and cargo operations.
