PRABA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY seeks an Installation and Maintenance Technician to lead vessel-related projects in Singapore. You will install and upgrade mechanical and electrical equipment, supervise a team, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site and onboard.

Responsibilities include planning work and manpower, daily reporting, and assisting clients. A Class 3 driving license, welding and cutting experience, and vessel engine service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have team leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience planning maintenance work and manpower.
• Must follow safety rules and regulatory practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain installation and maintenance projects.
• Install and upgrade mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all kinds of machineries.
• Support relationship with customer installation group as required.
• Lead and supervise a team of installation and maintenance projects.
• Prepare work and manpower schedule.
• Prepare daily reports for the Manager.
• Assist with new and existing clients.
• Follow all standard and regulatory work practices during installation.
• Duties on a 24/7 alert schedule with uneven shifts.
• Willing to work rotating shifts onboard vessels.
• Train junior employees and educate safety rules and regulations.
• Complete and submit all relevant paperwork and time sheets.
