Job summary

ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to support a busy fleet. You will be part of a maintenance team, ensure fleet availability for clients, and manage planned maintenance activities.

You will conduct troubleshooting of systems onboard vessels, supervise workers, and coordinate with suppliers and Owner Rep on maintenance issues. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and odd hours, and to operate from the Brani area with company transport

Qualifications

• Diploma/NTC in Mechanical or Marine Engineering required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, engines and electrical principles.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work weekends/holidays/odd hours.
• Willing to work in Brani area with company transport provided.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a maintenance team ensuring fleet availability for client
• Manage planned maintenance activities
• Conduct troubleshooting of systems onboard vessels
• Supervise and guide workers in maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors when required
• Coordinate with Owner Rep on issues pertaining to maintenance task
• Any tasks as directed by Site Manager
