Fleet Management Limited is seeking a Vessel Accounting professional to support daily operations, AR/AP, monitoring and inter‑company fund transfers, with responsibility to prepare full vessel reports. The role requires at least 2 years of accounting experience related to vessel reporting and strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Higher Diploma in Accountancy or business, and can work collaboratively with multiple offices and external auditors across the Fleet network.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years experience with solid accounting knowledge on Vessel Reports handling independently.
• Graduate or Higher diploma in Accountancy/ business or equivalent background.
• Analysis & Problem Solving

Responsabilidades

• Handling of Vessel Accounting
• Knowledge of Portage Bill Accounting
• Raising Fund Requests to owners and monitoring receipts
• Preparing the full set of vessel reports with supporting
• Co-ordinate with other functions to complete the reports in time.
• Scrutiny of vessel reports and reply to any queries from Vessel Owners
• Help in Reconciliation of inter‑company vessels balances
• Ad hoc assignment in supporting of finance & accounts department
• Provide MIS data related to Vessel reports to immediate supervisor/ head office
