Job summary

Civil Service Club is recruiting a Business Development Executive for our Tessensohn Clubhouse. You will drive revenue growth by securing new business for function rooms and event spaces, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing for flawless event delivery.

You will build a strong sales pipeline, nurture client relationships for repeat business, and stay informed on market trends to inform promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, coordination or management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new business for function room rentals and events.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop partnerships with corporations, schools, government bodies and associations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and event packages; conduct venue tours and site inspections.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat bookings and referrals; monitor market trends.
