Job summary

1855 F&B PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue for weddings, corporate, and private events. You will present event decks, articulate restaurant concepts, and match client needs with the group’s restaurant portfolio.

You will liaise with the operations team, organizers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution from start to finish, with a requirement for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximise profits via wedding, corporate and private events
• Connect, cultivate and convert business leads as well as commercially sound sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Understand and concisely articulate the distinct concepts of the group’s respective restaurants to clients along with event decks and menus
• Match client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group’s portfolio
• Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organizers and external vendors from start to the end of events
• Able to commit to flexible working hours.
