Job summary

1855 F&B PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic events sales professional to drive revenue through wedding, corporate, and private events. You will connect with leads, craft compelling proposals and event decks, and align client needs with the group’s restaurant portfolio.

You will coordinate with restaurant teams, operations, organisers, and external vendors from proposal to event execution, with a requirement for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximise profits via wedding, corporate and private events.
• Connect, cultivate and convert business leads as well as commercially sound sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Understand and concisely articulate the distinct concepts of the group's respective restaurants to clients along with event decks and menus.
• Match client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group's portfolio.
• Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organisers and external vendors from start to the end of events.
• Able to commit to flexible working hours.
