Job summary

Wyse Active Hub is seeking an Operations Executive to manage daily facility operations across 32 courts at Perennial Business City. This hybrid role combines venue operations (80%) with end-to-end event and programme execution (20%), including corporate bookings, academies, and tournament management after sales handover.

The position is a 1-year contract with potential conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sports facility administration, venue operations, hospitality, events, or customer service.
• Strong ability to manage tournament timelines, floor operations, and scheduling coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle peak-hour changes, disputes, or live adjustments.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support peak sporting hours.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, bridging physical venue needs with digital scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations and daily facility management across 32 courts, ensuring safety standards and vendor coordination.
• Optimize bookings, allocate courts, and support user schedules; handle frontline inquiries.
• Maintain premium facility presentation and smooth guest check-ins during peak hours.
• Provide light backend platform support and basic IT/AV troubleshooting as needed.
• Take full operational ownership of major regional and national events from pre‑event planning to execution.
• Coordinate post-sales programme activation, including court blockings and academy setups.
