This role is a hybrid of venue operations (80%) and end-to-end event and programme execution (20%). You will ensure that our 32 BWF-standard air‑conditioned courts run flawlessly while taking complete ownership of corporate bookings, academies, and tournament management once sales have been finalized.

This is a 1-year contract position with the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role, subject to performance and business requirements.

What you’ll be doing
Venue & Daily Facility Operations (80%)
  • Facility & Asset Management: Monitor conditions across all courts, oversee safety compliance, and coordinate directly with maintenance vendors.
  • Booking Optimization & Support: Supervise court allocations, manage user schedules via our backend engines, resolve booking conflicts, and handle frontline customer inquiries.
  • Front-of-House Excellence: Maintain premium facility presentation and smooth customer check‑ins during peak hours.
  • Basic Technical Backup (Good-to-Have): Provide light backend platform support and basic IT/AV troubleshooting.
Tournament & Programme Management (20%)
  • End-to-End Tournament Management: Take complete operational ownership of major regional and national events. This spans pre‑event layout planning, official schedules, and total floor execution.
  • Post-Sales Programme Coordination: Serve as the primary operations in charge once corporate or group bookings are handed over by Sales team.
  • Programme Activation: Coordinate court blockings, tracking, and operational setups for internal academies, clinics, and community initiatives like the National Day Carnival.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sports facility administration, venue operations, hospitality, events, or customer service.
  • Tournament & Operational Planning: Strong capability to manage overall tournament timelines, floor operations, and scheduling coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve peak-hour scheduling changes, user disputes, or live tournament adjustments.
