Job summary

The Kallang Group in Singapore is seeking an Events Sales Coordinator to manage and support venue clients, conduct site visits, coordinate meetings, and review activation requirements.

You will drive Sales Operations initiatives, coordinate requirements, and support the Sales team with market research, feedback, and reports. Senior roles require 3 years in sales for venues; fresh grads welcomed with 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Team player with initiative; able to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2 years’ experience preferred; senior 3 years in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service venue clients; conduct site visits, meetings, scheduling, and review event requirements.
• Lead Sales Operations initiatives: identify, coordinate and follow-up on venue-related requirements.
• Support Sales team with market research, feedback, event observation, and reporting.
• Assist with value-added initiatives and major projects for Sports Hub.
