Job summary

GROWIN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Event Venue Booking Executive to source and secure venues for offline roadshows, mall activations and exhibitions across Singapore.

The ideal candidate has prior experience booking spaces for brands, event agencies, or roadshow campaigns, and can smoothly communicate and negotiate with mall management teams, landlords and event organisers.

Qualifications

• Experience booking roadshows, malls or exhibition spaces.
• Contacts with malls, event organisers or venue operators is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple bookings.
• Willing to conduct site visits across Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable venues for mall roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Contact mall management teams, venue operators and event organisers.
• Check availability, rental rates, venue requirements and event restrictions.
• Negotiate rental packages and booking terms.
• Arrange site visits and evaluate venue suitability.
• Coordinate quotations, contracts, deposits and booking documents.
• Maintain the event calendar and venue database.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams on event schedules.
• Build and maintain good relationships with venue partners.
