Job summary

PeopleSearch is expanding its medical devices sales team in Singapore. You will drive growth for Ventilator and Patient Monitoring portfolios, engaging hospitals and clinicians to promote adoption and secure long-term partnerships.

The role covers end-to-end sales, from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and supporting post-sale implementation. Strong clinical knowledge and 2+ years of device sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience.
• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong clinical knowledge with ventilator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across assigned hospitals and territory.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to quotation, negotiation, closing and post-sales support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement, biomedical engineering and hospital management.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations and customer presentations.
