• Validate and analyze orders before converting PR to PO for accuracy in specs, pricing, and quantities.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and report issues to supervisors for action.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to follow up on delays and changes.
• Track inventory and manage order pipelines to prevent overstocking/understocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs and maintain operational integrity.
• Compile and distribute reports on order statuses, delivery performance, and inventory.
