Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or supply chain industries is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and expedite materials from approved vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Validate and analyze orders before PR to PO to ensure accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and quantities.
• Monitor on-time delivery from suppliers and report issues to supervisors for action.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to follow up on delays or changes.
• Track inventory levels and manage order pipelines to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Compile and distribute supplier reports on orders, delivery performance, and inventory management.
