Qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience with vending or refrigeration equipment is an advantage.
• Candidates should have strong field troubleshooting, good organizational skills, and familiarity with mobile service apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, deployment, and tech performance of vending machines across Singapore.
• Assist with logistic driver route planning, product merchandising, machine cleaning, and warehouse coordination.
• Manage machine deployments, relocations, asset tracking, and enforce safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical/refrigeration faults, and handle breakdowns quickly.
• Monitor telemetry, troubleshoot connectivity, and configure payment systems and firmware.
