Job summary

This role leverages your background in IT, IoT, and systems automation, with structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided under the SWDA CCP to help you transition into Singapore's food supply chain sector. The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance data, coordinate maintenance, and work with logistics

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in IT, IoT, hardware integration, or automation.
• Willingness to learn domain knowledge under CCP for SFA food safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations of automated vending networks and IoT systems.
• Analyse data to identify issues, optimise uptime and cold-chain integrity.
• Coordinate maintenance, stock replenishment and supply-chain efficiency.
• Develop and improve workflows, procedures and compliance practices.
