Job summary

Vantage Automotive Limited, part of Sime Group, seeks a Vehicle Logistics Assistant in Singapore. You will prepare vehicles for showroom display, events, test drives, and delivery, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for handover.

The role involves vehicle prep, event setup, and close collaboration with Sales Consultants. The position is a 12-month contract with a 5-day week and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a logistics role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain vehicles for showroom display, events, test drives and new car delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready before handover.
• Install event car plates and perform basic checks.
• Keep display cars clean, polished, and showroom-ready.
• Position vehicles neatly and ensure labels are correctly placed.
• Monitor charging systems for EVs.
• Support daily showroom operations and setup.
• Assist with inspections, movement, and basic setup of new vehicles.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants on new car deliveries.
