Job summary

Vantage Automotive Limited is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Assistant on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role involves preparing and presenting vehicles for showroom displays, events, test drives, and new car delivery, including cleaning, polishing, charging, and labeling.

The ideal candidate holds a Class 3 license, has at least 3 years in logistics (automotive experience a plus), and is proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or above.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience; automotive experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to fast-paced environment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain vehicles for showroom display and events.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged/filled, and ready for handover to customers.
• Install event car plates and perform basic checks.
• Keep display cars showroom-ready and properly labeled.
• Assist with inspections, movement, and setup of new vehicles.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants on new car delivery to ensure smooth process.
• Attend to ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Support daily showroom operations and event setup.
