Review and process loan applications under hire purchase, credit loans, and other loan products, which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under the Hire Purchase Act and company policies.
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.
In charge ofdocument filling anddata entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Require contact with customers,vendors, suppliers, and partnersfor issues pertaining to discrepancies, shortfalls, or overdue payments and collection arrangements by using collecting techniques email, letter, phone call and WhatsApp.
Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debt cases for the ongoing installment plan.
Monitor aging reports to update management on the status of difficult cases for liability or settlement issues.
Engage close interactions, coordinating with interdepartment and external customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ad -hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years’ experience in hire purchase in vehicle loans, other loan products, and credit control experience.
Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage
