Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ experience in hire purchase and vehicle loans.
• Experience in credit control and lending processes.
• Knowledge of Hire Purchase Act and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications under hire purchase and other loan products.
• Prepare loan documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Contact customers, vendors, and partners regarding discrepancies or overdue payments.
• Minimize defaults and monitor aging reports for liability issues.
• Coordinate with interdepartmental teams and external customers for smooth operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
