Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking a diligent Loan Processing Specialist to review and process Hire Purchase and other loan applications, verify borrower information, and assess creditworthiness in a regulated environment.

You will prepare loan documentation, ensure compliance with applicable acts and company policies, and coordinate across ERP/CRM systems, customers, and partners to minimise defaults and support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle loan, other loan products and credit control experience.
• Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently.
• Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage.
• Fast in response and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible, resilient mindset and can-do attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
• Prepare all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You’ll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.
• In charge of document filling and data entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Require to contact customers, vendors, suppliers and partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short fall or overdue payment, collection arrangements by using collecting techniques email, letter, phone call and WhatsApp.
• Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts cases for ongoing instalment plan.
• Monitor aging reports to update management in the status of difficult cases for liability or settlement issues.
• Engage close interactions, coordinating with inter-department and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
