Direct contact point between workshop, customer and supplier
Coordination between workshop and other department (i.e., Operations Dept, Rental dept & others)
Support the workshop day-to-day operation
Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
Handle customer request and issue work order
Handle customer feedback and coordination work
In charge of appointment booking and scheduling of job
Handling of incoming call and outgoing call, including email
Carry out data entry, document filing and organization
Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers & partners
Issuing quotation, invoice, cheque
Collecting payment from customer
Updating of Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems record
Minimum qualification: GCE O-Level
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop will be an advantage
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player and positive working attitude
Working Days (Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
