Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Vehicle Enforcement) to handle outbound calls, emails, and on-site visits related to vehicle damage reports.

You will investigate damages, assess repair costs, follow up with customers, and assist with accident reports and vehicle recovery when required. Strong office productivity skills are essential; driving license class 2B/3+ is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle enforcement or related field is a bonus.
• Licensing (Class 2B/3) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls, emails, or onsite visits to manage vehicle damage reports.
• Investigate damages and assess repair costs.
• Assist with accident reports and follow-ups.
