Job summary

Tribecar in Singapore seeks an investigator to handle vehicle damage reports, assess repair costs, manage accident reports, and support recovery efforts to keep the fleet safe and reliable.

You will communicate with customers via calls, email, or onsite visits; identify damages; follow up on resolutions; and assist supervisors with tasks to maintain the community's access to well-maintained vehicles.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with office software and web technologies.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot fraud.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Valid driving license (Class 3 or 2B) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via outbound calls, emails, or onsite visits to investigate vehicle damage reports.
• Identify damages and assess repair costs accurately.
• Manage and follow up on accident reports to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with vehicle recovery operations when required.
• Support supervisors by performing additional assigned tasks to maintain fleet quality.
• Contribute to maintaining the community’s access to well‑maintained vehicles through diligent enforcement and follow‑up.
