Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Vehicle Customer Service Officer to manage vehicle damage reports and coordinate repair costs for customers in Singapore. The role involves outbound calls, emails and occasional on-site visits, with a 5.5-day work week from 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm, and Saturday shifts optional.

Candidates with Class 2B/3 license and experience in related fields will have an advantage. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 2,800 monthly, based at Paya Lebar.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle damage reporting or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with office software and basic IT skills.
• Driver's license Class 2B/3 or higher is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer vehicle damage reports via calls, emails or onsite visits.
• Assess repair costs and follow up with customers.
• Assist with accident reports and follow-ups.
• Coordinate vehicle recovery if required.
• Assist with supervisor-assigned tasks.

Position: Vehicle Customer Service Officer (Class 2B/3)

Working days: 5.5 days

Working time: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm/10am - 7pm ;

Sat 9am-1pm /10am -2pm (can choose)

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working location:Paya Lebar

Responsibilities

• Working with the customer on their vehicle damage report in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
• Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
• Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
• Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
• Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc
• Having class 2Bor class 3(and above) license would be advantageous
