Job summary

nSearch Global Pte Ltd. is seeking a UX/UI Experience and Interface Designer to lead usability testing, user research, and end-to-end design for complex platforms. You will craft interfaces, iterate on workflows, and ensure consistency with design systems across teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on wireframes, prototypes, and collaboration with product owners to translate findings into actionable improvements. AI-assisted tools will accelerate ideation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Design, IT, or Software Engineering with at least 2 years of design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma.
• Experience in usability testing and translating user research into design improvements.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for handoff to development teams.
• Familiarity with established design systems and maintaining shared component libraries.

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

UX / UI Experience and Interface Designer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular usability testing sessions and user research activities in collaboration with the development team, synthesising findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions
• Craft and iterate on user interface designs and end-to-end workflows leveraging AI-assisted design tools, ensuring consistency with established design systems and accessibility standards
• Produce and maintain detailed design specifications, annotated wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate smooth handoff to developers and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal project teams and product owners to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback within agreed review cycles
• Review and update shared design components, style guides, and pattern libraries on a regular basis to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
• Support the creation of visual assets, presentation decks, and communication materials as needed to support team and departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Information Technology, or Software Engineering with minimum 2 years experience as a designer or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, tools (e.g. Figma), and end-to-end design workflows
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and translating user research findings into design improvements
• Proficiency in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for handoff to development teams
• Familiarity with established design systems and the ability to contribute to and maintain shared component libraries consistently.
• Experience designing for complex platforms with multiple user roles, intricate workflows, or large-scale information architecture
• Proven track record of shipping live products, with involvement across the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch
• Experience utilising AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflow and ideation
