ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and an attractive remuneration package, with opportunities to influence impactful digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate across product teams, define user flows, build wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and conduct user research to validate decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years UI/UX design experience with proven contributions to successful digital products.
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, from requirements gathering and workshops to user testing and high-fidelity delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio, experience with design systems, and familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Responsabilités
