TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences for websites and mobile apps. You will collaborate with PMs, clients, product owners, and developers to translate user needs into visually engaging solutions.

You'll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while adhering to design systems and brand guidelines. Training in front-end basics is provided and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX, visual design, and user-centered design capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and design thinking.
• Ability to translate user and business requirements into clear design solutions.

Responsabilités

• Gather and understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements through workshops, interviews, and research.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present and communicate design concepts and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and accurately implemented.
• Ensure designs follow established design systems, brand guidelines, and usability best practices.
• Create visual design materials such as posters, storyboards, mood boards, and presentations when required.
• Participate in front-end development activities, with training provided.

• Strong visual and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar) is an advantage; training will be provided.
