Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered designs for websites and apps, collaborating with product, engineering, and clients to translate needs into intuitive interfaces.

You'll lead usability testing, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems, while supporting front-end development.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise and user-centered thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience gathering requirements via workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Hands-on usability testing experience and user research methods.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers, clients, and the development team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
• Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Identify gaps in user insights, motivations, and pain points to strengthen design strategies.
• Propose and conduct user research initiatives, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs.
• Ensure all design outputs are visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Contribute to front-end development efforts (training will be provided).
