Qualifications

Strong portfolio showing visual design and user-centered thinking.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and print.
Present design solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
Identify user pain points and propose research initiatives to gather insights (usability testing, surveys, interviews).
Translate research findings into design recommendations and strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand and design system guidelines.
Collaborate with frontend developers to implement designs.
