TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative, user-focused designer to craft engaging experiences across web, mobile, and print.

You will partner with project stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and design requirements, and conduct user research to deliver actionable insights that inform intuitive design solutions. Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in design.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and user-centered thinking.
Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Ability to communicate ideas via storytelling, mood boards, and presentations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Understanding of business goals and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and posters.
Present design solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
Identify user pain points and propose research initiatives to gather insights (usability testing, surveys, interviews).
Translate research findings into strategic, user-centered design recommendations.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand and design system guidelines.
Collaborate with frontend developers to implement designs accurately.
Participate in front-end development (training provided).
