You will translate user insights into visual flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with product and development teams to deliver compelling digital experiences. Bring a strong portfolio, hands-on experience with user research and usability testing, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, user-centered thinking, and analytical skills.
Experience in workshops/interviews/research activities.

Responsibilities

Partner with project managers, clients and development team to understand user needs and requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams, stakeholders and management.
Identify gaps in user insights and translate findings into design recommendations.
Propose and conduct user research initiatives including usability testing, interviews and surveys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions.
Ensure designs are visually compelling, consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Contribute to front-end development efforts (training provided).
