Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences in a Singapore-based role.

You will partner with product managers, analysts, and engineers to understand user needs, translate insights into elegant interfaces, and deliver high-quality products for web and mobile. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product/UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch.

Qualifications

Degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Product/UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design projects.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Able to translate insights into practical design solutions.
Experience in Agile software or product development environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with React, Tailwind, or design systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand needs.
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design across web and mobile platforms with accessibility and responsiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the development lifecycle.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and tests.
