Job summary

NCS is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft meaningful, user-centred digital experiences across industries, balancing aesthetics, usability, and innovation. You will work on fast-moving projects with multidisciplinary teams to translate ideas into intuitive, visually compelling solutions.

You will contribute to design systems, create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, ensure accessibility, and explore AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong balance of UX thinking, visual design craft, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences from flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Ensure accessibility across all user touchpoints and journeys.
• Collaborate with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners, and developers.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain visual quality across deliverables.
