Job summary

NCS Group, a leading AI tech services company, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft user-centric digital experiences across AI-driven tools and services. You will join the NCS Experience Design team, shaping experiences used by thousands and collaborating with engineers, researchers, and product owners to push the craft forward.

You will translate complex requirements into intuitive designs, develop lightweight design systems, and ensure accessibility and high visual quality.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Portfolio showing user-centred thinking and visual finesse across projects.
Experience designing for AI platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences across projects, from flows to prototypes.
Translate complex requirements into thoughtful, user-friendly design solutions.
Apply and adapt design systems or create lightweight systems scoped to the project.
Design for innovation, including AI-driven opportunities, to elevate user experiences.
Ensure accessibility across all touchpoints of the user journey.
Collaborate with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners and developers.
Communicate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
