Job summary

SCIENTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. The role emphasizes simplifying complex workflows and delivering wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, conduct user research, run usability tests, and iterate based on feedback to improve platform usability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms.
• User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
