ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a 7-month contract to craft user-centric digital experiences across diverse projects, including AI-driven tools. You will design flows, prototypes, and scalable design systems while maintaining accessibility and visual polish.

You will collaborate with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners and developers, translating complex requirements into intuitive solutions and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

Qualifications

3-5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong UX thinking, visual design craft and ownership over work

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences across multiple projects
Translate complex requirements into thoughtful and user-friendly design solutions
Apply or create lightweight design systems scoped to the project
Design for AI-driven technologies and accessible user journeys
Facilitate workshops with clients and end users when needed
Contribute to usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Communicate design rationale to teams and stakeholders
