Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to design end-to-end user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design ideas into prototypes and products, and contribute to branding and style guides.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and product inception sessions to understand requirements and deliver mobile-first, responsive designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UX design experience.
• Strong online portfolio of user-centric designs (wireframes, prototypes, design systems).
• Experience in planning and conducting user research and communicating insights.
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Research and design end-to-end user experience.
• Work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products.
• Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience.
• Conduct product inception with product owners to understand requirements.
• Develop empathy with users and create usable products through design principles.
• Conduct focus group discussions and usability testing with citizens to enhance the product.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design specs are implemented.
• Create branding and style guides to supplement prototypes for product development.
