Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences across projects.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions and prototypes.
• Apply and adapt design systems, or create lightweight project-specific ones.
• Explore AI-driven features to enhance user experiences.
• Ensure accessibility across user journeys and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners, and developers.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
