Job summary

Trip.com Group in Singapore invites you to join the Content Centre team as a UX research internship, working with a Senior UX Researcher to translate insights into content and product decisions behind millions of trips.

You will support user research end-to-end, conduct interviews and usability tests, perform desk research, monitor product metrics, and help organize workshops to promote a user-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, HCI, Service Design, Design, or related field.
• A love of travel and interest in industry or market trends.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills; curious, self-driven and quick to learn.
• Clear communicator and team player across business functions.
• Curiosity and empathy; a good listener who spots patterns in user behaviour.
• Confident using or learning data analysis tools.
• Available at least 5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Research delivery: support user research studies aligned to priorities, draft plans, recruit participants, run interviews and usability tests, maintain repositories.
• Desk research: aggregate insights on travel trends, competition, and regional user preferences.
• Product metrics monitoring: track content product performance and investigate root causes to drive improvements.
• Insight generation: analyze user attitudes and experiences to land actionable insights for product teams.
• Research culture: help organise read-outs and workshops to promote user insights across the company.
