  • Curiosity and empathy — a natural listener who can discern patterns and details from what users say and do.
  • Confident using or learning data analysis tools.
  • Available at least 5 days per week, for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Research delivery: Support user research studies aligned to business priorities and planning cycles — drafting research plans and discussion guides, recruiting participants, running interviews and usability tests, and maintaining internal repositories and documentation.
  • Desk research: Aggregate insights from multiple sources, covering emerging trends within travel, the competitive landscape and user preferences across regional markets.
  • Product metrics monitoring: Track how our content products perform, help investigate root causes, follow up on bugs and usability issues, and support improvements to product performance and user experience.
  • Insight generation: Analyse user behaviour, attitudes, perceptions and experience to contribute to research reports — balancing user needs against business priorities and landing on insights the product teams can act on.
  • Research culture: Help organise research read‑outs and workshops to advocate for user insights and promote a user‑centric culture within the company.

Introduction

Commitment: Minimum 5 days per week, for at least 6 months

You’ll be joining the Content Centre team in Singapore, working closely with a Senior UX Researcher. Our team translate user insights into scalable content and product decisions and strategies behind millions of trips — from events and local guides to travel trends and end‑to‑end itinerary planning. This internship is for someone who is curious about people, comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data, and keen to see research shape travel products.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Support user research projects end to end, with mentorship and guidance from researchers and quality managers
  • Work across multiple content products spanning markets globally, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Build practical skills in study design, interviewing and research reporting
In this Role, you’ll get to
