Trip.com Group in Singapore invites you to join the Content Centre team as a UX research internship, working with a Senior UX Researcher to translate insights into content and product decisions behind millions of trips.
You will support user research end-to-end, conduct interviews and usability tests, perform desk research, monitor product metrics, and help organize workshops to promote a user-centric culture.

You’ll be joining the Content Centre team in Singapore, working closely with a Senior UX Researcher. Our team translate user insights into scalable content and product decisions and strategies behind millions of trips - from events and local guides to travel trends and end-to end itinerary planning. This internship is for someone who is curious about people, comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data, and keen to see research shape travel products.
