Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead user experience efforts for UOB INFINITY across web and mobile platforms. You will translate business needs into intuitive user journeys and collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.

The role requires strong Figma skills, stakeholder management, and a track record of scaling design systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma with strong UX relevance.
Minimum of 4 years of UX experience on digital products.
Demonstrated UX/UI work across web and mobile.
Mastery in Figma; familiarity with JIRA; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Experience working with and scaling design systems.

Responsibilities

Identify UX requirements across products and translate insights into clear user goals.
Partner closely with Product Owners, BAs, engineering, and stakeholders to influence product decisions.
Plan and allocate design resources, ensuring work is prioritized, scoped, and delivered effectively.
Review and guide outputs including flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure high UX standards.
Produce wireframes, flows, application screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.
Ground decisions in UX heuristics, usability principles, and user needs.
Manage and mentor designers, providing direction, feedback, and support to elevate UX quality.
Design interface elements consistent with our Design System.
Collaborate with other teams to design EDMs, banners, and informational content that align with UX principles.
Articulate UX rationale in stakeholder-friendly language.
Conduct DQA to verify that implemented screens maintain the original design intent.
