Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer (AVP) for a 12-month contract, onsite at OCBC Singapore. You will lead the design of complex banking experiences, collaborating with product, technology, and research teams to deliver human-centered solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital product design, a strong UX/UI foundation, and proficiency in Figma. The role emphasizes system-thinking, end-to-end ownership, and delivering usable, scalable interfaces across devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fintech or enterprise tools.
• Strong foundation in UX, UI and information architecture.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end product experiences across client-facing and internal platforms.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear, intuitive solutions.
• Improve customer journeys and internal tools across full lifecycle.
• Own design projects from concept to delivery, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and outcomes.
