We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and drive the creation of clean and functional user interfaces and experiences for our financial products (trading, or payments). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in a fast-paced environment, focusing on researching, designing, prototyping, and improving our products to meet market and client needs, ultimately helping us expand our customer base.

As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile, iterative design process to create digital experiences that enhance usability, efficiency, and customer engagement.

You need to be adaptive to new concepts and iterative designs, especially in our early-stage solutioning process. This role reports to the Design Lead and provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently design and develop major functional modules or entirely new product experiences.
• Drive the full design lifecycle—from research, wireframing, and prototyping to delivering high-fidelity, production-ready UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and client satisfaction.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, inform design decisions, and continuously enhance the user experience.
• Translate business goals and user needs and requirements into high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Design responsive, scalable layouts that ensure seamless adaptation across different devices and screen sizes.
• Develop, and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff and successful implementation of design solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies to drive innovation and enhance product usability.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the long-term vision of the design team, refining workflows, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency and elevate design quality.

Qualifications and Profile:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry handling trading products & services
• ·Strong in communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, take ownership and accountable to achieve assigned objectives
• Team player, comfortable working in a fast paced consulting style, unstructured environment.
