Job summary

Manus AI is seeking a User Operation Specialist Intern to support day-to-day user needs and grow into broader user operations. You will respond to inquiries, consolidate feedback, and work with Product and Engineering to improve the user experience and product features.

Over time, you will help develop initiatives that engage and serve our user community, while maintaining clear records, reporting on issues, and contributing to service process optimization.

Qualifications

• Familiar with email and day-to-day user communications; strong writing & organization.
• Excellent communication, service mindset and user empathy.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to coordinate with engineering and risk teams.
• Proactive attitude with quick product learning and independent inquiry handling.
• Strong ownership and ability to follow up and coordinate with teams.
• Available to work 4–5 days a week for at least 6 consecutive months.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily user inquiries via email, DMs and other channels; categorize and document outcomes.
• Capture and relay user feedback; identify recurring needs and pain points.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with Product/Engineering to drive resolution.
• Track user-reported bugs and help drive product improvements.
• Maintain issue records and prepare regular reports for team decisions.
• Contribute to broader user operations and help improve engagement and experience.
