Job summary

InternSG is seeking an AI Operations Intern to help operationalise AI-enabled workflows across research, execution, and internal process support. You’ll work at the intersection of tooling, process design, and business ops to make work faster, more reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities include mapping workflows, supporting prompt workflows and SOPs, testing AI tools, coordinating with across teams, and documenting processes for reuse by a growing team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a relevant field.
• Strong academic performance, ideally distinction or above.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML workflows and deployment.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Familiar with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Map existing workflows and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Support prompt workflows, agent handoffs, and SOPs.
• Test AI tools to improve reliability and repeatability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements.
• Produce clear documentation and summaries for reuse by the team.
