Job summary

Klook is seeking a Senior Manager to own app growth, driving high-quality user acquisition and retention across major channels. You will manage OEM partnerships for on-device placements and lead web-to-app strategies to convert web traffic into installs.

You will shape measurement and attribution, translate signals into a single source of truth, and design experiments to continuously improve performance while collaborating with data science, analytics, CRM, and eng teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in app growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing with hands-on ownership across UA media buys.
• Strong expertise in MMPs (AppsFlyer) and app attribution across iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of SKAN, privacy-led measurement and post-install optimisation.
• Strong ability to design experiments (A/B tests, incrementality) and translate results into optimisation decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and experience building performance dashboards (Tableau, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Own app growth across Google App Campaigns (ACi), Apple Search Ads, and mobile DSPs to drive high-quality UA and retention.
• Develop and manage OEM partnerships for device preloads and on-device placements.
• Drive web-to-app strategies to convert high-intent mobile web traffic into app installs.
• Own app measurement and attribution, turning install, conversion, and value signals into a single truth source.
• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, incrementality) and present data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Set high operational standards and build repeatable, app-first optimisation playbooks and best practices.
