Job summary

Seiko Wall Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive Façade Project Director/Manager to lead facade projects from planning through installation and handover.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, factory coordination and site operations, ensuring quality and safety while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams. Responsibilities include developing detailed programmes, monitoring progress, managing costs and risk, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• Experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminium or glazing projects.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements and quality management procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage overall project schedules in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, critical path schedules, milestone plans and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate project activities with internal departments, clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement timely corrective actions.
• Prepare initial project budgets, monitor expenditure and manage overall project financial performance.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to minimize financial losses and project delays.
• Monitor project cash flow and prepare forecasts and monthly progress claim schedules.
• Ensure façade design, drawings, materials and installation works comply with contractual specifications and project requirements.
• Develop and monitor procurement schedules to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to project requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved project programmes, quality plans, company policies and applicable health and safety requirements.

About the role

About you

• Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in façade, curtain wall, aluminium or glazing projects

• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities and subcontractors

• Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, site coordination and quality control

• Experience in contract administration, variation orders, progress claims and project cost monitoring

• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets

• Knowledge of construction safety requirements and quality management procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
