Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a network engineer to implement and manage enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco products. The role covers design, configuration, planning and implementation across Cisco routers, switches, firewall and wireless, with other vendors like Fortinet and HPE Aruba.

You will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and handle problem solving, service contracts, change and maintenance management, while creating comprehensive network documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2–3 years working experience in a similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocol.
• CCNA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco products and solutions.
• Design, configure, plan and implement enterprise IT network with Cisco routers, switches, firewall, wireless and other vendors’ products such as Fortinet, HPE Aruba.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Responsible for problem solving, service contracts, change and maintenance management.
• Create and maintain documentation related to network design, configuration, processes and service records.
